SHIPPING POLICY
We offer local and international shipping for all orders made through www.judebenhalim.com. Every order is prepared per request in-house, kindly allow some time for processing your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is completed and ready for dispatch.
COURIER DELIVERY
Orders made through the Jude Benhalim website are shipped through a third-party courier service after being dispatched from the head office. You will receive a notification email once the order is completed and dispatched. The courier will contact you before delivering the order to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
For Express shipping, orders must be placed before 1 PM to ensure time to process.
Please note that processing times are approximate and that the below refers only to the delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order.
In Cairo:
Standard shipping (3-6 business days): 100 EGP
Express shipping (2 business days): 160 EGP
Standard shipping: (6-10 business days): 25$
All orders shipped outside of Egypt are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs, and duties. These fees are not associated with Jude Benhalim and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel your order within 2 days of placing the order, kindly email shop@judebenhalim.com.
Kindly note that failure to receive your order after it has been shipped for a maximum period of 1 week will automatically subject your order to its cancellation. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment within 30 days after cancellation. Shipping charges are non-negotiable and nonrefundable.
PICK UP
For store pickup, please visit our stores for information about store hours and directions. This option is only valid for orders made within Cairo and paid via credit/debit card. Once your order is ready for pick-up at any of our stores, you will be notified via email.
Kindly present a copy of your confirmation email to the salesman to be able to receive your order. Failure to pick up the order after 1 week of receiving the notification email, your order will be automatically cancelled and returned to our warehouse. Refunds will be made on your credit/debit card within 30 days after cancellation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange your items, please ensure that they are “as new”: unworn, undamaged or defective full price products for exchange or refund on merchandise credit within 14 days of receipt date. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit voucher, redeemable at any Jude Benhalim store.
Returns in exchange for a credit note must be in their full original packaging & accompanied by a copy of the receipt/order confirmation and the plastic tag, and it will be approved after inspection. If after inspection, the piece is not found to be as good as new, exchange/return will be rejected.
If dropping off items for exchange/refund at any of our branches is not possible, pick up & return by courier can be arranged on the customer’s expense. To request a courier service for pick-up, kindly fill out the PICK UP REQUEST. Sale items & gift cards are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return
Shipping charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable.
REPAIR POLICY
We happily provide a one-year guarantee for your Jude Benhalim jewelry, where your jewelry is repaired free of charge (With the exception of irreparable damage).
Disclaimer: Depending on the product, some items that have been discontinued for over 2 years may not be eligible for repair due to unavailability of stone materials.
All broken items are returned to our workshop for inspection. A customer service representative will contact you after the inspection is completed to inform you of the repair process and costs. Damaged/broken items returned for fixing are only accepted through our Zamalek or Waterway store. We do not repair or replace lost or stolen items.
If you are outside of Cairo and dropping off the item is not possible, pick up & return by courier can be arranged at the customer’s expense. To request a courier service for repair, kindly fill out the PICK UP REQUEST. Please be informed that the return of your repaired jewelry will be the same delivery method as the drop off. Please note that the Pick Up service is only applicable for addresses that are outside of Cairo.
KINDLY ALLOW UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER INSPECTION FOR YOUR REPAIRED JEWELRY TO BE RETURNED BACK AS GOOD AS NEW.

GIFTS
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise online at www.judebenhalim.com and at Jude Benhalim stores. Please note that this gift card codes are valid for a single transaction only. Gift cards expire a year from the original issue date. Gift cards may not be used on previous orders and are not redeemable for cash. For further inquiries, please contact shop@judebenhalim.com.
GIFT WRAPPING
When you chose the complementary gift wrap option for an item at checkout, we will automatically include a gift receipt (prices removed, of course). If you need a gift receipt for an item that you are not having gift wrapped, let us know in the “Notes” section of the checkout process, and we will be sure to include one.
