Please be informed that the exchange/return of your jewelry will be from the same outlet of original purchase.
ONLINE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price products for exchange or refund on merchandise credit within 7 days of receipt date. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the order delivery email and the plastic tag, and it will be approved after inspection. If after inspection, the piece is not found to be as good as new, exchange/return will be rejected. All online returns are only processed through the head-office. To drop off your order for exchange/return, please call our customer service representative on +01014549465. If dropping off the items at the office is not possible, pick up & return by courier can be arranged on the customer’s expense. To request a courier service for repair, kindly fill out the PICK UP REQUEST. Sale items & gift cards are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange or return. Refunds will be made in the form of a digital credit voucher sent via email & redeemable only on www.judebenhalim.com. Shipping charges are non-negotiable and non-refundable.

Exchange is only allowed from on-ground Jude Benhalim flagship stores, and not from external outlets. Returns for exchange must be accompanied by the proof of purchase and price tag, and it will be approved after inspection at the store. If after inspection, the piece is not found to be as good as new, and if both proof of purchase and price tag are not presented, exchange will be rejected. Your purchase can only be exchanged for items that are of the same or greater value (including gift cards). Sale items & gift cards are a final sale and therefore are not eligible for exchange.
