Every Jude Benhalim Home object is crafted by hand from carefully selected materials, including 925 sterling silver or 21k gold-plated brushed brass, custom resin stones, glass, and ceramic. Natural variations in texture, surface, and finish are part of its making, giving each object a character of its own.

To preserve its finish, 

A. clean gently by hand with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. 

B. Avoid abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, prolonged moisture, direct heat, and sunlight. 

C. Dry immediately after contact with water and do not place in the dishwasher. 

D. Glass may be used with liquids, and vases may be used with water and fresh flowers. 

E. Bowls and metalware should not be used with hot food or hot liquids.
F. For candleholders, never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish the candle when approximately 1 cm of wax remains, and do not allow the flame to reach the base. Allow the object to cool completely before handling or cleaning.

Should your object ever need care beyond the everyday, selected metal components may be reviewed for paid repair or replating on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that the Home Collection does not include a warranty period or complimentary post-purchase care. Resin, glass, and ceramic components cannot be repaired or replaced once damaged. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, excessive heat, or use outside the object’s intended function is not covered under repair services.
