We offer local and international shipping for all orders made through www.judebenhalim.com. Every order is prepared per request in-house, kindly allow some time for processing your order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is completed and ready for dispatch.


Orders made through the Jude Benhalim website are shipped through a third-party courier service after being dispatched from the head office. You will receive a notification email once the order is completed and dispatched. The courier will contact you before delivering the order to arrange a convenient delivery time.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.

For Express shipping, orders must be placed before 1 PM to ensure time to process.

Please note that processing times are approximate and that the below refers only to the delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order.

In Cairo:

Standard shipping (3-6 business days): 100 EGP

Express shipping (2 business days): 160 EGP


Other cities:
Standard shipping (3-6 business days): 120 EGP



Standard shipping: (6-10 business days): 25$


All orders shipped outside of Egypt are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs, and duties. These fees are not associated with Jude Benhalim and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.


If you wish to cancel your order within 2 days of placing the order, kindly email shop@judebenhalim.com.
Kindly note that failure to receive your order after it has been shipped for a maximum period of 1 week will automatically subject your order to its cancellation. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment within 30 days after cancellation. Shipping charges are non-negotiable and nonrefundable.


For store pickup, please visit our stores for information about store hours and directions. This option is only valid for orders made within Cairo and paid via credit/debit card. Once your order is ready for pick-up at any of our stores, you will be notified via email.

Kindly present a copy of your confirmation email to the salesman to be able to receive your order. Failure to pick up the order after 1 week of receiving the notification email, your order will be automatically cancelled and returned to our warehouse. Refunds will be made on your credit/debit card within 30 days after cancellation.
