We have a seasonal Jude Benhalim store in Diplo 3, North Coast. The store is only open from June through August, everyday from 12 PM to 12 AM.

All Jude Benhalim collections are available on www.judebenhalim.com. However, sometimes product color variants are launched exclusively in stores, and may not be available online.

  1. Is my transaction safe?

All order information sent to JudeBenhalim.com is encrypted. We protect your online transactions by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

  1. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, when you tick the “complementary gift wrapping” box in the cart page, we will place your item inside our branded pouch and wrap it in a Jude Benhalim branded box with ribbon. We will include a gift receipt (with prices removed, of course) and even a personal message at your request.

ONLINE ORDERS

  1. How long does it take for the order to be processed & delivered?

Online orders take up to 10 working days to be delivered inside Egypt. You will receive a confirmation email once the order is completed and ready for delivery or pick up. Please note that every order placed at Jude Benhalim is handmade and prepared as per the customer’s request, ensuring the finest quality at every stage of the production process.                                                       

  1. How do I receive my online order?

We offer local & international shipping through a 3rd party courier service. We also offer a Pick Up service for orders placed inside Cairo, which allows you to pick up your order from any of the Jude Benhalim stores. For more information, please review the Shipping Policy.

  1. How can I pick up my online order?
    This service is only valid for orders placed inside Cairo and paid with credit card.

After filling the shipping information at checkout, the delivery options will appear the order summery box. If you choose the pick-up service, kindly present a copy of the order confirmation email to the salesman in the store in order to receive your order. For more info, please review the full Shipping Policy.

  1. How much does it cost to ship my order inside Egypt?

Our local shipping fees are 80 EGP inside Cairo, and 90 EGP for other governorates in Egypt.

  1. Do you offer international shipping?

We offer international shipping for orders made through www.judebenhalim.com. International shipping rates vary according to the shipping zones. Actual costs for shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information on the website.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  1. Can I exchange/return an Item I bought through your website?

If you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, we will happily accept unworn, undamaged or defective full price products for exchange or refund on merchandise credit, within 7 days of receipt date. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the order delivery email and item must have kept the white plastic tag. Returns/exchanges will be approved after inspection.

Refunds will be made in the form of a digital credit voucher sent via email & redeemable only on www.judebenhalim.com.

  1. What if I want to refund or exchange an Item I purchased from Jude Benhalim stores?

Unfortunately, items purchased from Jude Benhalim stores are not eligible for refund. You may exchange products purchased from stores within 7 days of the purchase date. We accept exchanges only if the jewelry is unworn and as good as new; accompanied by the proof of purchase and the price tag.

  • Can I exchange an item bought online from the store?

For the time-being, exchange or return of your jewelry must be made from the same outlet of the original purchase.

REPAIRS

  1. What should I do if my Jude Benhalim jewelry needs repair?

We happily provide a lifetime guarantee for your Jude Benhalim jewelry. We will repair any damage occurred to your Jewelry for free, in the exception of irreparable damage, in which case a repair fee is required. For more information, please review our Repair Policy.

  1. How can I return my damaged jewelry for repair?

You can drop off your damaged jewelry in any of our Jude Benhalim stores. If dropping off your jewelry is not possible, pick up & return by courier can be arranged on the customer’s expense. Click here to request the courier pick up service.

  1. How long does it take for my Jude Benhalim Jewelry to be fixed?

Broken jewelry is sent to the workshop to be repaired. As the repair process takes time, kindly allow up to 20 working days to inspect and repair your jewelry. Returning the repaired jewelry to you must follow the same delivery method as the drop off.

  1. Can I replace a lost earring? 

We can only make and sell full pairs of earrings. If the style is in stock, you may purchase another pair. Some styles are produced for one season only and will not be available at a later time.
